It’s not about perfect choreography.

Feminine Fire is a sensual, soulful, high-vibe dance experience for women - specifically for midlife-ish & older women who are ready to reconnect with their body, confidence, and joy through movement.
You can expect:
- An hour long class with gentle warm-ups to drop you into your body.
- Movement cues, but plenty of space for free movement to meet your body and your mood exactly where you’re at.
- A full spectrum of song styles: from high-vibe dance hits to songs that pull at your heart-strings. Some instrumental, some you want to sing along to, some that might make you blush, others cry.
- Safety & encouragement to dance it out YOUR way.

FAQs
Do I need any dance experience?
Not at all. Feminine Fire is for real women in real bodies, not trained dancers. If you can move, sway, breathe, or tap your foot — you belong here. And if you have considered yourself ‘a dancer’ at any point in your life, you are also welcome here!
What if I feel totally awkward?
Yea, I think we’ve all been there - you’re not alone. Often women walk in feeling nervous or uncertain, but leave feeling lighter, freer, and more confident. This is a no-judgment zone where you’re invited to feel what is and move with it.
Is this a workout or a dance class?
I wouldn’t call it a ‘workout’ per se, though you’ll likely raise your heartrate and you might get sweaty depending on the songs. And it’s not a dance ‘class’ in the traditional sense that you’re being taught steps and how to do them. The focus is on feeling and expressing in the way your body wants to move. It’s not performance or pushing yourself.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Flowing clothes, leggings, layers, tutus ; ) — anything that lets you move freely. Barefoot is best, but supportive sneakers are always welcome.
What do you mean the class is ‘sensual’?
The class aims to support us in coming alive in our bodies, and that means coming alive with our senses; how we feel, move, and express. It’s about reconnecting our natural feminine energy that is inherently sensual in a way that feels safe and empowering.
What ages is this for?
While all adult women are welcome, Feminine Fire is especially loved by women 35+ who are ready to reconnect with their body, confidence, and joy in a fresh way. Are you just shy of 35? or way over?? you’re still welcome.

About me: Alison Grace
With the chaos that comes from being an old soul in a modern world - not to mention a mom, wife, and entrepreneur - dance has been the practice that brings me back to myself and to my joy.
With a background in yoga and wellness, I’ve always loved movement, but it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I realized my ‘good girl’ was getting in the way and bigger expression of me was needed.
Dance was something I had fun with in our home “kitchen club.” But craving something deeper, I ultimately created the class I couldn’t find: Feminine Fire—a feminine-expression dance experience for midlife women to reclaim our bodies, our sensuality, and our passion.
As a Feminine Vitality Guide, dance is just one of the ways I help women come alive so they can reclaim their pleasure, power, and radiance. I guide women to strip away conditioning, awaken their eros, and fall wildly in love with life itself, as we dance through it all with joy, passion, and self-love.
Because when women are turned on to life and connected to their desires… they become the magic the world needs.
