What if you danced your way through December… and into the New Year?!
The holidays can feel overwhelming, overstimulating, emotional, and just a lot.
So let’s move through it
- literally, and with joy!
More joy. More expression. More YOU.
The magic of the season starts within your body…
-

and IN YOUR KITCHEN!
Dance along in the comfort of your own home…in your kitchen, on your couch, in your pjs. YOU DO YOU … but, finally, have some accountability and support to commit to dancing in more joy and connection to yourself in your daily life.
A full spectrum experience.
For 31 days, you’ll receive a daily song + a simple dance cue to get you out of your head and back into your body.
We’ll shift the mood: celebratory, slow & sensual, emotional and everything in between so you can expand your experience, but also be met where you are.
It’s not another ‘to-do’.
It’s what resources you for the to-dos!
Even one song of free-moving dance can increase presence, joy, self-compassion and a sense of belonging.
Dance does a body & mind good:
Studies show that dance:
Melts stress + regulates your nervous system
Boosts your mood in minutes increasing happiness and feelings of compassion.
Supports brain health + emotional resilience including memory, focus, and overall well-being…even more than many other forms of exercise.
Strengthens connection + community:
Group movement - even online - increases feelings of belonging and confidence.

Join the weekly Zoom dance party: a come-as-you-are, 2-song burst of connection where you can move with the group and let yourself be seen IF you want.
Deepen the Experience (Optional)
If you want reflection alongside movement, you’ll get weekly prompts to help you track how your body, mood, and energy shift throughout the month, but this is optional.
Yes, it’s simple. But what’s keeping you from doing it?
And what could open up, when you actually do?

FAQs
Do I need to be a “good dancer”?
Nope. Zero choreography, zero technique. If you can sway, shimmy, or walk in circles… you’re in. And if you happen to already be a Ginger Rogers, you’re welcome too and this gets to serve as your motivation to move.
How much time does this take?
One song a day - approx 3-4 minutes per day. That’s it.
Our weekly zoom dance parties will be anywhere from 10-20 minutes, but you can hop on, off… or skip these all together.
When do I have to dance?
Anytime. Morning, lunch break, a midnight dance kitchen witching hour ? Whatever works for you.
What if I miss a day?
No guilt. Just pick up the next song. This is about practice, not perfection.
Do I have to share a video of myself dancing?
No. Sharing is 100% optional. You can be quietly consistent or practice visibility - your choice.
What’s the weekly Zoom dance party like?
Simple and short. We pop in, dance to 1–2 songs together, connect for a few minutes, and go. Cameras on or off - your call.
How do I stay accountable?
After you dance each day, drop an emoji or quick comment in the chat. That’s your check-in. If you want to share more, it’ll be gladly received, but it’s not required.
Which app do we use?
All content is delivered through WhatsApp.
Songs will link to Spotify (so that we can support the artists), but if you prefer a different music player you can use that.
What if I’m traveling for the holidays?
Perfect. It’s portable. One song + headphones = you’re done.
Do I need special equipment?
Just your phone and a little space to move.
(If you choose to record a clip of you dancing you might need another device to play the music as most phones don’t let you record a hands free video while simultaneously playing music)
What if I feel self-conscious?
Great - I think something wonderful lives on the other side of awkward and it’s the perfect invitation to explore. That’s why this container is low-pressure, playful, and optional visibility only. You might surprise yourself…and I hope you do!
When does it start and end? (What if I missed the start date?)
We begin December 4 (full moon) and complete January 3 (full moon).
Yes, you can still join if you missed our official start date… it’s always a good time to start dancing.

About me: Alison Grace
With the chaos that comes from being an old soul in a modern world - not to mention a mom, wife, and entrepreneur - dance has been the practice that brings me back to myself and to my joy.
With a background in yoga and wellness, I’ve always loved movement, but it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I realized my ‘good girl’ was getting in the way and bigger expression of me was needed.
Dance was something I had fun with in our home “kitchen club.” But craving something deeper, I ultimately created the class I couldn’t find: Feminine Fire—a feminine-expression dance experience for midlife women to reclaim our bodies, our sensuality, and our passion.
As a Feminine Vitality Guide, dance is just one of the ways I help women come alive so they can reclaim their pleasure, power, and radiance. I guide women to strip away conditioning, awaken their eros, and fall wildly in love with life itself, as we dance through it all with joy, passion, and self-love.
Because when women are turned on to life and connected to their desires… they become the magic the world needs.
