Because it became so clear, that while this can have joyful, dance party vibes,
it also deeply sacred work that connects you to your feminine essence.
As a priestess I’m holding this space as a powerful space for connection, alchemy & transformation.
This is a space to move, breathe, sweat, laugh, & reconnect
with the woman inside who wants to feel vibrant (and yes, sexy)!
This is mostly a ‘free movement’ class.
It’s not about choreography.
It’s about your expression.
Soul over steps.
Pleasure over performance.
It’s about YOU - awakening what wants to come alive.
And yes, your body already knows
how to do this!!

Feminine Fire is a sensual, soulful dance experience for women - specifically for midlife-ish & older women who are ready to reconnect with their body, and express what longs to be moved through.
You can expect:
- to be held in a sacred container, with time to connect with the group at the beginning and end.
- to be guided in gentle warm-ups to drop you into your body.- movement cues, but plenty of space for free movement to meet your body and your mood exactly where you’re at.
- a full spectrum of song styles: from high-vibe dance hits to songs that pull at your heart-strings. Some instrumental, some you want to sing along to, some that might make you blush, others cry.
- safety & encouragement to dance it out YOUR way.
- the opportunity to be witness (but not obligatory)

Who is this for?
This is for women who:
- Love the idea of time to connect with yourself…without anyone or anything pulling at you.

It’s nice to explore this version of expression in the safety of being with similar bodies. And to be clear, it’s not a lesser version of movement…it’s deeper and with the wisdom of lived years in our bodies.

And neither does joy.

FAQs
Do I need any dance experience?
Not at all. Feminine Fire is for real women in real bodies, not trained dancers. If are willing to move, sway, breathe - you belong here. And if you have considered yourself ‘a dancer’ at any point in your life, you are also welcome here. The focus is on feeling and expressing in the way your body wants to move. It’s not performance or pushing yourself. I trust there is a longing in you to feel, move, and express … and as long as you are curious & willing, you are welcome.
What if I feel totally awkward?
Yea, I think we’ve all been there - you’re not alone. Often women walk in feeling nervous or uncertain, but leave feeling lighter, freer, and more confident. We hold this a a truly sacred space - a no-judgment zone where you’re invited to feel what is and move with it.
What do you mean the class is ‘sensual’?
The class aims to support us in coming alive in our bodies, and that means coming alive with our senses; how we feel, move, and express. It’s about reconnecting our natural feminine energy that is inherently sensual in a way that feels safe and empowering. Yes, this can be a sexual expression but it doesn’t have to be.
What’s with the “Temple” stuff… is this spiritual or religious?
I hold this as Divine Feminine Work - to me that is spiritual, but not religious. To awaken one’s life force, let it flow ,and express is spiritual for me, and I related this to a feminine Source. You do not have to share the same beliefs or names for a higher power, and I there is no intended indoctrination here. That said, you will likely hear me reference Divine Feminine or Sacred Feminine energy and Goddess work. (see the ‘welcome home’ page for more insight into this)
What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident - and I’d encourage, sexy. Flowing clothes, leggings, layers, tutus ; ) - anything that lets you move freely. Barefoot is best, but if you need supportive sneakers that is welcome too. I always recommend ‘hair down’ for a more sensual experience.
What ages is this for?
While all adult women are welcome, Feminine Fire is especially loved by women 35+ who are ready to reconnect with their body, confidence, and joy in a fresh way. Are you just shy of 35? or way over?? you’re still welcome.
I’m calculating the cost per class and it seems high.
This isn’t a ‘class’, this is an alchemical container where we’re stepping into so much more.

About me: Alison Grace
With the chaos that comes from being an old soul in a modern world - not to mention a mom, wife, and entrepreneur - dance has been the practice that brings me back to myself and to my joy.
With a background in yoga and wellness, I’ve always loved movement, but it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I realized my ‘good girl’ was getting in the way and bigger expression of me was needed.
Dance was something I had fun with in our home “kitchen club.” But craving something deeper, I ultimately created the class I couldn’t find: Feminine Fire—a feminine-expression dance experience for midlife women to reclaim our bodies, our sensuality, and our passion.
As an Embodiment & Sensual Vitality Guide, dance is just one of the ways I help women come alive so they can reclaim their pleasure, power, and radiance. I guide women to strip away conditioning, awaken their eros, and fall wildly in love with life itself, as we dance through it all with joy, passion, and self-love.
Because when women are turned on to life and connected to their desires… they become the magic the world needs.
