FEMININE FIRE TEMPLE
A space for your fire, your flow & everything in between.

Let that sh*t go!

You’ve been holding so much.
Let’s breathe & move to let it go.

Before you tell me that you
‘can’t dance’…
or that you can’t imagine dancing in front of other people…
know this:

there are women
just like you in this space.

Women who want to feel more like themselves…
and who are also afraid of moving in front of others,
or of getting it wrong.

But what ‘dance’ looks like,
is different in every body.
This is not a choreography class -
no exact steps to follow.
And maybe that makes it scarier?!
You feel like you don’t have
flow or rhythm, but

YOUR BODY KNOWS
HOW TO DO THIS.
You come to the temple
to remember.

We (re)learn how to
let our bodies lead,
without the need to perform,
without the need to
follow steps or get it right.
In fact, you can’t get this wrong.

Feminine Fire Temple

The 35+ dance TEMPLE
you’ve been craving.

This is a space to move, breathe, sweat, laugh, & reconnect
with the woman inside who wants to feel vibrant (and yes, sexy)!

It's a space to experience more of yourself - and give more of her room to move, feel & express.

This is mostly a ‘free movement’ class.
It’s not about choreography.
It’s about your expression.
Soul over Steps.
Pleasure over Performance.
It’s about YOU - awakening what wants to come alive within YOU.

Ready to feel more ALIVE?

More Turned On to Life?

Your body remembers .
Wake her up & let her express.

Feminine Fire is a soulful, sensual dance experience for women - specifically for midlife-ish & older women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, and express what longs to be moved through.

  • You can expect:

  • - to be held in a sacred container, with time to connect with the group during the opening & closing of each session.

    - to be guided in gentle warm-ups to drop you into your body.

  • - movement cues, but plenty of space for free movement to meet your body and your mood exactly where you’re at.

  • - a full spectrum of song styles: from high-vibe dance hits to songs that pull at your heart-strings. Some instrumental, some you want to sing along to, some that might make you blush, others cry.

  • - safety & encouragement to move YOUR way.

    - a supportive group of women who all want to experience more of themselves.

    - the opportunity to be witnessed (but not obligatory)

You’ve been busy tending to other things & people.
Who’s tending to you?

Find yourself again - one song at a time.

Who is this for?

This is for women who:

  • - Love the idea of time to connect with yourself…without anyone or anything pulling at you.

  • - Feel like you’ve been carrying so much and need a place to let it go.

  • - Miss feeling playful, expressive, and turned on by life.

  • - Love the idea of dancing…even if it makes you a little nervous.

  • - Want movement that feels fun, not forced.

  • - Want to get in touch with your sensual side for yourself - without feeling it should be a performance.

  • - Crave connection with other women in a supportive, no-pressure space.

  • - Know deep down: there’s more of me waiting to come alive.

No dance experience needed.

Why midlife-ish + ?

Because at a certain age our bodies start to move differently. It’s nice to explore this version of expression in the safety of a space with women in a similar season of life. And to be clear, it’s not a lesser version of movement…it’s deeper and with the wisdom of lived years in our bodies.

Sexy doesn’t have an expiration date.
And neither does joy.

Dance yourself alive again.

A fuller version of you is calling.
Will you give her space
to breathe, to move, to express?

FAQs

Do I need any dance experience?

Not at all. Feminine Fire is for women of all movement backgrounds - you do not need to be a trained dancer. If you are willing to move, sway, breathe - you belong here. And if you have considered yourself ‘a dancer’ at any point in your life, you are also welcome here. The focus is on feeling and expressing in the way your body wants to move. It’s not performance or pushing yourself. I trust there is a longing in you to feel, move, and express … and as long as you are curious & willing, you are welcome.

What if I feel totally awkward?
Yea, I think we’ve all been there - you’re not alone. Often women walk in feeling nervous or uncertain, but leave feeling lighter, freer, and more confident. We hold this as a truly sacred space - a no-judgment zone where you’re invited to feel what is and move with it.

What do you mean the class is ‘sensual’?
The class aims to support us in coming alive in our bodies, and that means coming alive with our senses; how we feel, move, and express. It’s about reconnecting our natural feminine energy that is inherently sensual in a way that feels safe and empowering. Yes, this can be a sexual expression but it doesn’t have to be.

What’s with the “Temple” stuff… is this spiritual or religious?
To me, this isn't just movement - it's an embodied ceremony of self-connection, a kind of ritual for honoring yourself and experiencing more of who you are.

The “Temple” is the shared space we create among women to hold this work with intention and reverence. I offer the music, movement invitations, occasional insights and the container — but you lead your own experience. There is nothing you need to uncover, share, heal, or become.

To me, this work is spiritual, but it isn't religious. You absolutely don't have to share my beliefs or language around spirituality. You may occasionally hear me reference the Sacred Feminine or Goddess, and you're welcome to interpret that in whatever way feels meaningful to you. (See the ‘welcome home’ page for more insight into this).

What if I’m not Spiritual?
It is ok to join simply to feel more alive, embodied, and joyful - spirituality is optional and personal here. But again, you might hear me reference spiritual things. (see question above).

What should I wear?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident - and I’d encourage, sexy. Flowing clothes, leggings, t-shirts, layers, tutus ; ) - anything that lets you move freely. Barefoot is best, but if you need supportive sneakers that is welcome too. I always recommend ‘hair down’ for a more sensual experience.

What ages is this for?
While all adult women are welcome, Feminine Fire is especially loved by women 35+ who are ready to reconnect with their body, confidence, and joy in a fresh way. Are you just shy of 35? or way over?? You’re still welcome.

What if I have to miss a week?
Life happens and life is full. While you'll get the most from attending the full series, the series is intentionally priced so that missing a week doesn't have to make participating feel unreasonable. Your registration reserves your place in the full seven-week container.

What if I missed the start date?
Message me to see if it’s possible.

Can I try a class without signing up for the whole series.

About me: Alison Grace

With the chaos that comes from being an old soul in a modern world - not to mention a mom, wife, and entrepreneur - dance has been the practice that brings me back to myself and to my joy.

With a background in yoga and wellness, I’ve always loved movement, but it wasn’t until I turned 40 that I realized my ‘good girl’ was getting in the way and a bigger expression of me was needed.

Dance was something I had fun with in our home “kitchen club.” But craving something deeper, I ultimately created the class I couldn’t find: Feminine Fire -a feminine-expression dance experience for midlife women to reclaim our bodies, our sensuality, and our passion.

As an Embodiment & Feminine Expression Guide, I create experiences that help women connect with and experience more of themselves - through movement, pleasure, emotion, sensuality and expression.

Because I believe the more of ourselves we allow ourselves to experience, the more of ourselves we can bring into our lives.

And when more of a woman gets to make it into her life, she comes more fully alive.
